Overview

Little Flower Congregation, the management of Navajyothi College has the vision of Be Little Serve the Little , finds itself with the poor and downtrodden people of the society. The original vision of be little serve the little is carried through various ministries of the congregation. Therefore, while establishing an higher educational institution, the management has adopted policies of the government in recruiting and admitting the students from the SC-ST sections. The policies adopted in the institution comply with the regulations laid by UGC.

The cell regularly have to conduct remedial coaching classes on life skills, personality development, writing assignments and making presentations and also have to organize interactive sessions and informal meetings with students to attend to their personal, social and academic problems. The cell may organize training programmes, awareness classes on the villages of the SC/ST students around the college.
