Overview

The department of Management Studies has a mission to provide quality human service professionals for a variety of stakeholder groups in the development process.This program is unique, given the core values, it imparts in terms of Intellectual Depth, Leadership Skills, and Social Responsibility. NJC’s approach to management education aims at the holistic formation of future leaders with unmatched professional competence and a strong ethical perspective. These objectives of the department is attained through classroom teaching and Club activities. Therefore, a club began functioning in the department for the department students.

Goals
  • To develop management skills in students by making them organise and execute various events.
  • To provide various training sessions for students that can improve their competitive knowledge and skills.
  • To execute the various activities designed and coordinated by the Department of Management Studies.
Rules and Regulations
  • All students and faculty members of the Department are members of the club.
  • To carry out the activities of the club a seven member committee is selected from the members of the club.
  • The committee consists of a Faculty Coordinator and six student representatives (two representatives from each batch).
  • 50% of the student representatives should be female.
  • The committee should conduct meetings every month to discuss, decide and evaluate the activities of the club.
  • In case of no consensus among the committee members on any matter, the final decision will be taken by the Faculty Coordinator.
  • A member cannot remain in the committee for consecutive years.
